Climate Change Education & Awareness
Our flagship program disseminates critical information on climate change causes, impacts, and actionable solutions through structured workshops, interactive seminars, classroom curricula, and community outreach initiatives.
To date we have facilitated deep climate literacy and personal responsibility across Ghana, dedicating energy to ensure pathways for regional climate debate tournaments-not just awareness but argumentation and leadership skills.

This program champions the transition from fossil fuels to clean renewable energy sources. We advocate for energy efficiency measures, promote the adoption of solar, wind, and other renewable technologies, and engage with policymakers and industry experts to influence national energy strategy.
Through hands-on training sessions, site visits to renewable energy installations, and policy engagement workshops, we are building the next generation of Ghana’s green energy workforce.

This integrated program provides comprehensive career guidance, skills-building workshops, and one-on-one mentorship to help students and young adults make informed career decisions aligned with the emerging green economy.
We connect youth directly with professionals in renewable energy, environmental policy, sustainable agriculture, climate finance, and green construction — giving them real pathways into meaningful work.

Climate change directly threatens food production through increased droughts, unpredictable rainfall, and soil degradation. Our program promotes sustainable farming practices and advocates for national policies that protect food systems across Ghana.
We work with farming communities, agricultural researchers, and policymakers to build climate-resilient food systems that can sustain Ghana’s growing population under changing environmental conditions.
We now have a plan for when the droughts come. GROW-GREEN helped us understand what we can do.

Ghana’s coastline is an economic and ecological lifeline. Our program raises awareness about marine ecosystems, promotes sustainable fisheries practices, and advocates for robust policy frameworks that protect coastal biodiversity from the accelerating impacts of climate change.
Through community engagement, beach cleanups, and collaboration with marine researchers, we are building a movement of coastal stewards equipped to protect Ghana’s ocean heritage.
