Born from conviction, built for impact

GROW-GREEN; Growing and Generating Renewable Energy Network was co-founded in February 2024 by a team of professionals united by a shared belief that meaningful climate action and youth empowerment are inseparable.

Registered as a non-profit, non-governmental organisation and a company limited by guarantee under Ghana’s Companies Act 2019, GROW-GREEN operates with full transparency, robust governance, and a commitment to accountability at every level.

“We embrace a Code of Ethics that upholds integrity, transparency, accountability, respect for diversity, and environmental responsibility.”

Over the past two years, we have reached over 5,000 secondary school students through climate action education programs, mentored young people on climate policy argumentation, and built the partnerships necessary to scale our impact across West Africa.
